Excel in your field operations with the new specialized software for plant service companies
List of features

Customers and service sites
Have all customer and service site information at your fingertips - including address, assigned technician, parking, site access, water source, and any other site specifics.
Customer and customer site information can be entered manually or imported via spreadsheets.
Visit planning and routing
Schedule your service jobs, including travel times, so you can easily manage the workload for every technician.
Enter the location of every site, estimated time at the site and the required frequency of visits - and get a perfectly optimized route to make the most of your technicians’ time.

Mobile app for technicians
There is an easy-to-use mobile app for iOS and Android designed with the plant technicians in mind, requiring minimal training and allowing easy onboarding.
Jobs to be done
Technicians have a list of service jobs to be completed on their mobile app. This includes reminders about the plants they skipped last time and also specific service requests from the end customers.

Plant replacement management
Say goodbye to the paper trail. Through an app, technicians can easily request a plant replacement, which is then picked up and handled by the back office.
There is also an opportunity to add the cost of a plant replacement (both materials and labor), which later ends up in the plant replacement report, where you can see how much costs have been incurred in a certain period, by a certain technician or at a certain service site.
Service round reporting
Your technician can check off the activities performed in each service - for internal control and also to help you communicate the services provided to your customer.
Then, the back office of your company can see what was done (and, most importantly, not done) at every service site. This is tremendously helpful in case of personnel rotation or during the holiday periods when you swap your people a lot.

Quality Control
Each plant can be rated for quality, giving you an overview of what sites need attention and what kind of training could enhance each technician’s performance.
This is also a very useful feature for service coordinators and quality control specialists. Simply visit the site, score the plants anew, and get a complete picture of “before” and “after”.
Time tracking
Your technician can log the time they spend on each service site, including the commute. This allows you to control the actual time spent on each site and stay within the estimated budget.
Work shifts can be logged through the mobile app for automated reports of worked hours that can be sent off to payrolling.

Cost tracking
Track time spent and replacement cost per service site so you can manage your margins over the time of your maintenance contract or even get tips for adjusting your pricing.
You can also create the cost budgets and track where you are in terms of spending, which is super useful with long-term contracts.
Plant displays and details
Plant displays can be organized by service site, floor, zone, and room.
Each plant display contains all information on the installed product, like the plant species, planter details, location, quality, substrate, top dressing, size, and more.

Plant history
The system holds a complete history of plant maintenance, including all watering, fertilizing, pruning, and pest prevention measures, as well as notes and photos. The records are also automatically created each time any of the plant details are changed.
User management and user roles
Users can be easily added to the system, technicians have access to their assigned sites on the mobile app, and administrators can manage operations through the web browser on their PC or laptop.

QR codes for plant displays
You can optionally use the stickers with QR codes and the numerical codes to uniquely identify your plant displays.
Scanning the QR code will give your technician all the details of the associated plant without any need to scroll through the list. Also, this will allow your client to identify the plant displays if they have a display-specific question or request.
Integrations with other software systems
Our software can be integrated with your existing systems to avoid the double entry of data and provide you with clear insight into your service operations. This is done individually for every customer and the timeline depends on the scope of the requirements.
